OPTIONBOTS REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At OptionBots, we value transparency and fairness. By purchasing or subscribing to any OptionBots product or service, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.
1. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions.
If you're not satisfied with OptionBots for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
To qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date
- This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only (new customers)
- Refund requests can be submitted by contacting support@optionbots.com
After the 30-day guarantee period expires, all payments become final and non-refundable.
This guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals — only to your initial purchase.
Once a renewal billing cycle begins, that payment is final and no refunds will be issued — regardless of platform usage, login activity, or user experience.
By subscribing to a monthly plan, you authorize OptionBots to automatically charge your payment method each month until you cancel.
It is the customer's responsibility to cancel prior to the next billing date to avoid renewal.
Cancellations can be made:
• Directly through your OptionBots account settings, or
• By contacting our support team at support@optionbots.com before the next billing date.
If a cancellation request or in-app cancellation is not submitted prior to renewal, the subscription will automatically renew and the payment will be processed.
No refunds will be provided for failure to cancel on time.
Non-use of the platform, lack of activity, or failure to utilize services does not qualify for a refund.
2. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions.

Annual plans are billed in full upfront and cannot be downgraded or converted to a monthly plan after purchase.
RENEWALS:
If an annual plan renews automatically, customers have a 7-day grace period from the renewal date to request a refund or cancellation.
After 7 days from the renewal date, all charges are final and no refunds will be issued.
There are no pro-rated refunds for partial usage or early cancellation of annual plans.
3. PAID TRIALS
Occasionally, OptionBots may offer paid trials (for example, 14-day or 30-day access).
Trial payments are refundable only within the active trial period.
Once the trial period ends and your account automatically renews into a paid subscription, all payments are final and no refunds will be granted.
It is your responsibility to cancel prior to the trial expiration if you do not wish to continue with a paid plan.
4. GENERAL TERMS
• All sales are considered final once the applicable refund or grace period (if any) has expired.
• Refund requests outside of the stated windows will not be honored.
• Non-use, lack of results, or dissatisfaction with performance does not qualify for a refund.
• Refund eligibility cannot be transferred or modified after purchase.
• By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms and authorize OptionBots to process recurring charges according to your selected plan.
5. LEGACY CLIENTS & OTHER PROGRAMS
If you enrolled in a Done-For-You, coaching, mentorship, or other custom program (Including Cashflow AI Products and Services) under a separate agreement or contract, the refund and cancellation terms within that specific signed contract or purchase agreement will take precedence over this general policy.
In cases where a written contract or agreement exists, its terms shall be binding and supersede any conflicting terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
